Our Conference Rooms give the space and privacy you need for you and your team’s meetings. It can be booked for 3 hours per month and as far in advance as needed. Any extra time can be booked with a fee.

The Printer is an included amenity and can be used as much as needed. All support or technical issues will be handled for free as well.

Our Kitchen allows for eating and lounging with the option to kick back and watch our 75’ television with the options of apple tv and many others apps. All tenants have access to the fridge, microwave, etc. Plastic silverware is provided, along with cupboards for any food items you need to store.

All of our tenants have access to the gym area, including the bathrooms, showers, and lockers. Our Gym equipment includes:

• Stair Stepper

• Free weights

• Multi-faceted functional trainer with adjustable height, weights, and attachments

• Treadmills

There’s also a 75’ television at your disposal.

Our third floor lounging area gives you the space and comport you need to take a break. Our tenants have access to a 75’ television, apple tv, and other apps.
